    My god these burritos are perfect. Potatoes, ground turkey, green beans, rice, egg, fresh ground pepper, a bit of salt, and a nice smattering of Tapatio hot sauce. The careful slow cooking has burned out enough of the heat for there to be plenty of flavor with a pleasant, but not overpowering afterburn. #
