@retl Hopefully you can get in on courses; do you mean that you need Freshmen CS courses though? Or just general education/engineering requirements? Either way, try speaking with your advisor if you can - I had a friend in the same boat and he was able to get a bit higher on the pecking order for some pre-requisite courses after transferring.
