        @mastertdi It comes with becoming a technician. Four years of drawing, blueprints, sketches and caligraphy as an assignment, and two more years of having to apply all that to half the essays.

          @nerthos Ahh. I didn't take Art at school because it didn't allow for any free thinking, just whatever the teacher would tell us to do, which pretty much ruins the purpose of art in the first place.

              @nerthos I liked the teacher plenty, I just didn't take interest in what they were teaching. And I don't want to be an artist professionally. I don't consider myself to be good at it, and I don't have the willpower to learn, so I just do it for fun and to express my ideas.

                @mastertdi Same basically. For me it's mostly that I despise being branded as an "artist" and I'd rather do other, more fun things for a living. Fixing and building things mostly.

                  @nerthos For a living I have ideas that I want to express and share, but I don't want my art skills to hold that back. I love doing the designing and basic sketches, but apart from that I'd much rather stay away from the visual side of whatever I create.
