1. Now to anyone who may want to help and discuss these issues, I would love to hear from you. I want to understand every level and perspective. As the owner who has to make the guidelines for everyone to be happy within the lines I would really appreciate someone to bounce ideas with and discuss this "dramatic" situation. I know there were a couple of people here who mentioned they would like to help best to their abilities and I sincerely believe that. If you happen to have a skype username please message me with it and I'll be happy to add and discuss with you. Because the users who are rage-offended refuse to speak with me I have no idea on how to help them at this time, maybe those of you who have taken a neutral stance or even an opposing but helpful stance to discuss further is welcomed to contact me. I hope to hear from any of you!

    1. @ashij I am not refusing to help. I expressed how you hurt me and then your entire staff team flamed me.

      1. @juneiperjazz Well I really hope you'll speak with me on a more private means so we can have a much better understanding of how you were hurt and what points exactly. I will admit we're slightly oblivious at this time, just completely overwhelmed how this turned out. I would really appreciate speaking with you and having you going through each point of what has sincerely upset you so we can work on improving not only my, but my entire team's perspectives.

    2. @ashij You are a rare breed of administrators that actually try to help the userbase, and that appreciate positive and negative feedback. Countless people let power get to their heads when moderating a website, which is quite unfortunate. Many communities with great potential are turned into power trips by moderators that can't take anyone opposing what they say, even if it has nothing to do with the forum itself. Good luck.

      1. @odin Thank you, I really do hope this can be resolved... We made these forums without much thought. It was just a place for me and my friends to hang out on personally. But it actually exploded into something much more and I hate to say but I'm struggling to keep up. But I don't want that to be the only reason to back down and give it up either. It may have turned into something I never expected but now that it has I really want to help make a fun and enjoyable place for all users to discuss and RP as they wish. I really am hoping for the best after all this clears over.

    3. @ashij Just made an account on your forum and been paying attention to this conversation here. I think the main issue here is the choice of words and the fickle concept of faith. The choice of words as odin has already explained needs to be more well chosen to prevent hurting those whom the specific issue addresses. As for the faith part, people understand that such issues are large and may have to be extended and/or taken to a later day to discuss, but will it actually happen? I've seen multiple forums say that are going to do this and later close from a couple of weeks to months time due to the userbase feeling neglected by the moderators for so long. If an issue such as this current one is to be delayed, then it should be done so with utmost care, not just placed in storage only to be forgotten until too late. The roleplay environment is an environment for open-minded individuals and such aspect of open mindedness needs to have stability in such an environment.

      1. @anathemicone It won't be a subject that is simply swept under the rug, as easy as that is for some site owners I can not accept that as an answer. I just ask for more time to think and discuss the topic at hand because frankly we have no idea what to do so we need all the help we can get. It's clear that neither Tam or I have the tongue for this sort of thing and now that we realize this we sincerely don't want to rush out another announcement on the matter.

        1. @ashij It is a tough issue, currently I'm trying to think of a resolution, but it is stressful. On one hand eliminating gender labels will obviously solve the issue but on the same side of the coin it will cause more confusion as there is a representation both physical and psychological division between the sexes. Then on the other hand you can just include the transsexual label but that would be seen as catering to that specific group and leaving the other groups such as homosexuals, bisexuals, etc. behind, and even if you did add those groups that would defeat the purpose of the open minded theme of the site if everyone is to have labels put on them. The only real thing I suggest to to choose your words more tactfully. Going through your current thread on the issue some of your posts are a tad bid aggressive.
We don't care how you personally handle it from this point on
could have probably been worded differently. If you need any help doing so, I'll be happy to oblige.
