      1. @zarkanorf Yep. I don't totally agree with the list, but if I were showing someone new the series and not starting with the first one, I'ld probably start with either Applebuck Season or Dragonshy. I probably wouldn't have thought of doing that had I not seen the suggestion in the list.

    2. @rotation I think what makes it work so well is the fact that while dressmaking & fashion shows are what happen, it's actually about more general and relatable topics, under the surface. Or something like that.

      1. @scribus Yep. While the theme is generically "girly", the episode is written and focused in a way such that the topic isn't so much about the clothes so much as the artistic struggle to create them, and how that relates to Rarity's relationship with her friends and how her friends can effect her career. It's a pretty fun one, and a clever plan.
