@flaminglight That's fine. I not a fan of shipping because that's not how I like to picture the characters. I don't hate it. Unless it gets out of hand. Then it just appleses me off. Sometimes it can be cute or hilarious, but I'm one who likes to keep things canon.

@bigponymac Fair enough. Although, it is true that Lauren said a char's sexuality is up to each fan, so there is no one set canon. Although..i do think if they all get in to truly canon romantic relationships, they'd be with males for obvious reasons.

@flaminglight I think Faust, if anything, would make it ambiguous for more than just "to not crush the fans". I think it's kind of like John Kricfalusi's response when he was asked if Ren and Stimpy were homosexuals: "I don't know; it's none of my business."

@zarkanorf Fair enough. I'm of the few that almost all characters are bi in my mind. The exceptions are canon homosexuals, since there's not enough of them around.

@flaminglight I think the biggest "fanon homosexual" that's been more accepted than rejected is Caramel, which is kind of funny to me. Then again, picturing Vinyl Scratch as a bigger "trap" than Bridget is also hilarious in my eyes.

@flaminglight Well when I say canon, I mean all the characters are friends and that's it. I don't see them getting into romantic relationships with each other. That's just me though. I do agree with you on that last part. I'd see them with males if they all had relationships.

@bigponymac Actually, that's exactly a core reason WHY she doesn't mind a fan choosing their own interpretation. She leaves it up to us to decide whether or not we want to view them that way. Of course, I can accept your non-shipping stance, because you're being polite about it.

@moonprincess To be honest, and I feel bad to admitting this now, but (for comedic reasons) I give Applejack the persona of the extreme conservative, so I'd imagine her retailiating with "the hard-working, Equestrian business end of her hind-hooves" if any mare tried anything. Rainbow Dash, on the otherhand, (for comedic purposes) is the heterosexual that no one believes.
