  1. @nutterguy Glad I'm not the only one like that. I think it's because our mind hasn't been inactive for too long and it's less of a drag for it to really get moving again. I'm no doctor though

    1. @magicrussia I always thought that when we're sleep deprived our body is sortof in "emergency" mode all the time, so it doesnt let us get tired. Then when we finally DO get enough sleep our bodies decide its time to just be tired as mangoes.

      1. @nutterguy That sounds reasonable enough. I usually get very little sleep on school days due to my insomnia problems, and then make up for it all by sleeping in on the weekend

            1. @starshine Interesting. I wonder if it could help with issues such as constant waking up after a few hours of sleep. I haven't had 8 hours of solid sleep in a row in a long time.
