            @therainbowdashx Heat exhaustion is mild heat stroke. Like, if you can actually post here you probably don't have it. It's pretty terrible.

                  @therainbowdashx You're probably fine, just not a fan of the heat. Drink water. Stay in the AC. Wear light clothing. That's pretty much the solution.

                  @flamingpandaomg Probably. I got heat stroke on a hiking trip once. They had to carry me back.
