@abigpony How I dislike Luna? Simple. In the context of the show (ignoring all the fanon that we are wont to craft) she had like two lines, so like, who cares? Also she's a constant reminder that in a parallel universe there's a My Little Pony not mandated by Hasbro to have no recurring villain, and it bugs me that we will never know if it is 20% cooler than the pretty dang awesome show we have already.

@thelastgherkin I really like that there's no recurring villain. The world feels much more real and alive when the challenges have variety. And it's not like the lack of villain means a lack of danger -- we've seen threats of famine, plague, and slavery.

@hayquill Totally agree with that. No recurring villain means less chance of boring rehashes of the same plotline.

@hayquill Very true! And I would agree that if all these things turned out to all be caused by big bad Nightmare Moon that would be a bit dull... but I can't help but wonder, you know?
