  1. Hmm... A lot of Europe in our midst. Might need to decentralize and set up in Sweden. (Hello, PRQ.se?)

    1. @administrator: umm, you're not planning on needing anything *special* from a host, are you?

      1. @mcmkii Well, I am potentially violating several US laws. 1. Copright. 2. Not checking your ages (need to be 13 and up) 3. Anonymous rules of the internet of allowing "Furries" into the network (not that I have a problem with it... no I am not one).

        1. @administrator: Hmm, I guess fair use is truly dead... I don't get the part about age checks, but there are alot of arcane american laws I don't get...

        2. @administrator can't violate copyright when making fan groups. Who is ever honest about their age on the Internet. Blame should be placed on parents anywho.

          1. @squeegy the domain itself can be challenged in arbitration hearing in accordance with ICANN policies. Other then "Parody" and "fair-use" I defend it anymore then that. As long as I am not making money for profit, I think I should be good for now.

            1. @administrator yeah that's the key is whether or not you're profiting.

              1. @squeegy even with that, companies still try to paint the piratebay existance profitable because of some ridiculous underlaying factors... even accepting donations is seen as "profiting". OTC, but still http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2007/09/mpaa-continues-war-on-illicit-online-video-sues-cinematube-ssupload.ars

          2. @squeegy @administratior honesty isn't the problem, there just needs to be some way to show that members stated they were over the specified age. A checkbox method like a forum would likely work.

    2. @administrator PRQ is a good option. No, I'm not getting paid for this, just saying. Good experiences with it.
