    1. @thewolverine When I was younger people would have to hold me down to give shots or anything of that nature but now I have no problem with them I hardly even notice them

      1. @extremedash @thewolverine My brother has an insulin pump, he showed me the needle for it the other day and i was thinking OMFG. It was over an inch and a half long O.o

        2. @nutterguy My friend is a diabetic and I would never be able to inject myself I am fine when other people do it but I don't think I could ever do it too my self

          1. @extremedash If you depended on outside insulin and your body simply could not / would not process your own, it would become a matter of "do I want to live" rather than "do I want to deal with this fear"

            1. @retl True I guess it would be different if my life depended on it and I had for awhile getting me accustomed to injecting myself it would be different but still that sucks

            1. @nutterguy Yah same, I doubt any diabetics are glad about it but if it's something you have to live with it would probably just turn into a daily routine like brushing your teeth but instead with a big needle
