          @administrator I don't see what could possibly be keeping you from doing that. I've never owned a site, but wouldn't you just get a new domain and call the site something else? What's stopping you from doing this? Forgive me if I'm missing something.

            @ponybis Say I was sued in court for Infringement. Hasbro may come to an agreement with me that they would drop the infringement case in exchange for a permanent injunction of me ever running this site, anywhere. That where the database comes in. An individual can restore the site under another domain... and keep going.

              @administrator What I'm saying is you're less likely to receive a suit if this site didn't immediately violate any trademarks or copyrights. If you called it like Brony Networks or something you'd be less likely to receive a suit. I doubt they'd sue you if you just kept this domain for redirection.
