Requesting *specific* bullet point list of what constitutes the "PG-13" rule. Judging from the cases it has been brought up, it's being touted more as a "no swearing" policy than a no-questionable-content rule. Details are good for clearing up ambiguity, otherwise the rule is darn near useless. Also, if it is to be upheld, it should probably be mentioned in the ToS. I've said this twice before to no response, and I'm not sure if I'm being ignored because I'm usually silly, or if these statements have not been received at all. Similar to what happened when I wrote the tweak to have new registrations default to joining the !notices group to make the group a more useful tool.

@celph Thaaank you. This is pretty much the type of guide I was looking for. :3 Seems not too much different from what I was already doing. XD And I'm assuming by pairings, they mean romantic stuff, right?
