  1. @detective @steeldrifter Me = not a fan of subtitles, unfortunately.

    1. @thewolverine Why is that?

      1. @detective As for the actual subtitles themselves, I have to pause every second just so I can see what's being said without missing any action. It kinda gets annoying.

      1. @steeldrifter @detective I have other reasons too, but they mainly involve the voices. I find many of the Japanese voices to be rather high-pitched... but thanks. I've taken LOTS of flack for my opinions regarding anime...

        1. @thewolverine I agree. I find a lot of japanese voice actors to be too high as well or just not find the character they are voicing imo. All of my friends like the japanese voices better, so I'm always out voted

        2. @thewolverine Some people take things a little too seriously, and I don't see why preferences of watching anime should come before respecting other people, especially in the same fandom.

          2. @steeldrifter Exactly. This community, I find, is a hell of a lot more accepting than most I've come across... and I find that awesome.

            1. @thewolverine I feel the MLP community is like the people that are too friendly and compensating to want to deal with their original communites anymore. Gotta love it~

              1. @detective I've stopped going to all my other usual sites and have replaced them with pony sites. The community is just so much better!

                1. @starlightbolt About the same here. I still check some anime websites and gaming websites, but that's about it.

                2. @starlightbolt @detective Heh, yeah. I still go to my main place, Toonzone but I don't really post there anymore much. Just not much to talk about anymore other than in the designated MLP episode threads and the music board there.

                  1. @thewolverine Never heard of it lol. I use Myanimelist for anime related things and stuff. I founded the MLP club there lol.
