   I have no idea why bronies are saying it is hard to organize a local meetup when there IS A SITE IN PLACE FOR JUST THAT! http://mylittlepony.meetup.com/ Yes, someone in each area would have to cough up a little coin, BUT we could organize a nationwide brony meetup day via that site! It's simple, safe and easy! What is so hard about that?

         @zarkanorf It does all that. Places sign up with meetup.com to HOST events like this. You just pick one. And the first buyer just picks a date and everyone else goes long on that day. I'd suggest a Saturday, myself, when everyone's still hyped from ponies. I dunno... But it is a SIMPLE way to organize meetings across the world.
