@fialvert Vey well... But surely, the victim would realize he was underwater and attempt to get out, as is LOGICAL. Even if he DID know he was going to die, that means nothing! If /I/ knew I was going to die, I would try to avoid it myself! Thus, your testimony falls to pieces!

@manfredvonkarma @twilight @fialvert The boys at the morgue confirmed they found a red-orange hair in an abrasion. However, the hair's follicle had not swelled due to turger pressure....eh... If it had been in the water for long, or in the body, the follicle's cells would have swelled. However, that wasn't the case. We think there might be foul play. And it leaves us with questions: Who is the hair from? Who planted it? How could they have gotten past security.
