@frostflow #ooc Correction -if Fial still does have wrath, then they feel his presense. IF not, then they feel the remenants of the power.

@frostflow #ooc Remnants is all that remains, hence the positive energy. At a tradeoff, that positive energy is much weaker then Wrath. And if Fial gets out of control, the full extent of Wrath can show up.
