      @frostbitepuckroyalguard # Yeah. BTW guys, last night,I felt great. I walked for 2 miles, pretty much, straight. then I attempted to jog for 1 more lap of a mile, I didn't quite make it, I think I went too fast of a pace for what I'm used to, but I still managed another full lap almost without any stopping.
